Stephen Kinney
Since 1981 Stephen Kinney has been instrumental in helping banks, mortgage companies, and consumer finance organizations build sales, develop sales teams, and create operational efficiencies that put them miles ahead of the competition.
Mr. Kinney demonstrated his knack for mortgage and financial sales early in his career. As a loan officer, he was consistently in the top 10% of the nation. As a branch manager, Mr. Kinney’s office produced more mortgage loans than the other 10 branches in his region combined.
Not content to rest on his laurels, Mr. Kinney went on to start and build a northeast regional office for a pioneering non-conforming wholesale company in the Washington DC area. In the process he developed a reputation for sales and service unsurpassed in the industry.
Stephen’s success led to an offer from an established New York bank to preside over it's mortgage company. As President, Stephen quickly reengineered the company, established a strong sales and operations team, eventually leading its successful merger.
Prior to establishing Stephen Kinney Associates, Mr. Kinney was one of the pioneers in the reverse mortgage industry. An expert in the field, he created, trained, and lead a nationwide team of reverse mortgage specialists for one of the fastest growing reverse mortgage company’s in the country.
Now Stephen Kinney and his team of associates are putting his more than 25 years of sales and operations expertise to work for bankers and mortgage companies large and small, helping them to reach their goals more quickly and with greater efficiency.
